It combines a real-time scanner, a broker-connected trading journal, an AI playbook builder, SEC filing research with dilution forensics, a professional multi-chart workspace, and AI chat across all of it. The same data engine is available programmatically through the SNACS Data API and an MCP server for AI assistants.

Where does SNACS data come from?

Primary sources. Dilution intelligence - share counts, shelf and ATM facilities, warrants, convertibles, offerings, cash runway, going-concern status - is extracted directly from SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1/3, 424B5, Form 4, 13F, 13G/D); more than 288,000 filings have been processed, covering each ticker back to its IPO date and across ticker name changes via CIK linkage, and corporate events carry a verbatim quote from the source filing cited by accession number. Market data (real-time scanner feed, 22 years of daily history, the full 4 AM to 8 PM ET session) comes from exchange market data.

What is the SNACS Data API?

A REST API over the same engine: dilution chain state, point-in-time "as-of" queries for any historical date (no lookahead bias, built for backtesting), corporate events with filing receipts, a dilution screener, live snapshots, bars, fundamentals, ownership, and news. What is the SNACS MCP server?

mcp.snacs.trade is a remote MCP (Model Context Protocol) server exposing 14 workflow tools over the same data, so AI assistants can query it directly. Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, and VS Code Copilot connect with a URL and an API key - no local install.
